I do playtest alot but my meta is really weak so it's hard to know what works at a competitive level.

Yes, sorry, I was getting this confused with another deck. I play Rakdos Aggro in Modern and I love it. Modern Burn Deck Wins is my go-to deck. It looks like your going more creature. Which is good. Hellspark Elemental and Spark Elemental is where its at. Burning-Tree Emissary is a MUST HAVE in this deck. Mogg Flunkies is also really good since you have so many creatures. If you want to, Grim Lavamancer is a great way to re-use all of the creatures you have. If you have a little more money, Deathrite Shaman is even better because you can exile things from opponents graveyards as well. Exava is really not needed in this deck and you do not want to have many four drops. Ball Lightning might be a better choice. Keldon Marauders is extremely good here. Also, Pillar of Flame is a really good card to mainboard to get pesky blockers out of the way.

Now onto sideboard... You are way too aggressive to worry about planeswalkers. Dreadbore and Hero's Downfall are not what you need. Matchups you need to be ready for are Malira Pod, Urzatron, and Robots. Magma Spray , Sowing Salt , and Pyroclasm are cards you need in your sideboard. If you really are worrying about planeswalkers, Vampire Hexmage is a better choice. It removes all loyalty counters from planeswalkers. Let me know if you need any more help.

+1 from me

I do love Rakdos deck and you play Sowing Salt on the sideboard, +1 :) he deck seems to run pretty well and quickly. I'd suggest only two cards for the sideboard: Pyroclasm (agains fast aggro) and Rakdos Charm (Affinity, Tron, infinite combos, etc).

Also, take a look at my Rakdos Deck, Rakdos Infection and comment if you like :)

This is good, but you need more mana fixing! As an aggro deck like this you should use 4 Blackcleave Cliffs and 4 Blood Crypt !

Thank you but I currently do not have the 20ish dollars to go up to playsets of each.

For me Blightning doesn't help a whole lot because it isn't a effective burn spell Lightning Bolt is better and the discard doesn't help a whole lot thank you for the suggestion though

I like the deck, if you could afford Blood Crypt it would help a lot. I was having mana troubles, and was holding two Bump in the Night and three Spike Jester and did not draw black mana until turn 10.

Ok yeah I think I'm going to grab two more of those. And should I also bring the Blackcleave Cliffs up to four as well?

In a deck this Aggro personally I would drop those Blackcleave Cliffs altogether, but thats me. I hate those lands. But thats me. Take the shocklands over that.

I already run 4 Blood Crypt and those are the easiest way to have both colors early.

Actually MythrilJenova, they matter less in an aggro deck, because if you draw them, you play them first anyway, and even if you draw them turn 3, it doesn't matter. It's like paying Dragonskull Summit because you might not draw mountains or swamps

against control, I'd definitely side in 4x Bloodghast as even if it gets countered, it goes to the field. It's also very resistant to their removal (it keeps coming back). Nether Traitor is another great card against control (although not as good), it comes with evasion and allows you to bring it back for card advantage.

Goblin Bushwhacker might be worth considering for a spot too, it becomes very deadly the later the game goes on. Storm Entity also can become bigger as the game goes on, while being relevant early.

Those are what I came up with, but I strongly recommend Bloodghast for control match ups, it will help to make them a little more in your favor.

nbarry223 Thank you I added my four Bloodghast into the sideboard, but I wasn't a fan of the others, thank you.

Is it really worth splashing black just for Bump in the Night ?

Vampire Hexmage does screw over planeswalkers, and has a nice rack.. But wouldn't it be better to drop black all together to be more consistent?

quesobueno123 says... #21

Honestly it doesn't matter as I only run duels for black so I always have red with any land I play.

I'm not a big fan of Ash Zealot in here, I'd think about replacing it with Flame Javelin .

Flames of the Blood Hand is a upgrade over Flame Javelin as I don't want to target creatures. But thank you for commenting and do you have any sideboard suggestions?
