Black deck that came from a game of cube one day, this is the 3rd version was wondering about what could be improved to make this more effective. I'm open to suggestions.

Does have a turn 3 win condition. Mostly revolves around controlling their hand size/creature position and just whacking them in the head to kill them. Either through the little guys or eventually with Dark Depths . There are a couple of ways to get Dark Depths online, either with Thespian's Stage , or with Vampire Hexmage .
