Why Shalai play this deck?

If you want to do something different in Green and White. Shalai, Voice of Plenty protects other combo pieces, and serves as an outlet for infinite mana, thus making her surprisingly suited for an infinite combo deck.

How Shalai go infinite?

Karmic Guide + Reveillark , Angelic Renewal + Sun Titan , and Cathars' Crusade + Kitchen Finks are some of the classic two card infinite ETB combos, which can draw the deck with Greater Good, Skullclamp, Elemental Bond, or Eidolon of Blossoms, generate infinite mana with Ashnod's Altar, Phyrexian Altar, or Earthcraft, make infinite tokens with Genesis Chamber, grow your creatures to infinite size with Cathars' Crusade, and make them unblockable with Champion of Lambholt.

Primal Vigor or Doubling Season + Pentavus also makes infinite tokens with mana outlets. Avenger of Zendikar + Eldrazi Displacer should do the same with enough lands.

Ant Queen, Sacred Mesa, and Luminarch Ascension can make infinite tokens with two token-doubling effects or mana-doubling effects.

Cathars' Crusade allows Crystalline Crawler to generate infinite mana with two token-doubling, counter-doubling, and mana-doubling effects. Shalai, Voice of Plenty's activated ability also works for Crystalline Crawler with three counter-doubling effects or mana-doubling effects, or ways to copy her ability like Illusionist's Bracers or Rings of Brighthearth.

Deserted Temple + Gaea's Cradle or Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx should also generate infinite mana.

What else Shalai take note of?

Opalescence and Starfield of Nyx turn other enchantments into creatures so they receive hexproof from Shalai, Voice of Plenty.

The card draw effect from Elemental Bond is mandatory, so when going infinite with bigger creatures you need to destroy it with Aura Shards or sacrifice it with Opalescence or Starfield of Nyx.
