This deck is basically meant to use your opponents threats against them by cloning them with either the Clones, Evil Twins or Lazav, Dimir Masterminds. I put the fogbanks in as the main defense and plan to use Cackling Counterpart to make multiple copies of them. I am going to run counterspells such as Dispel, Syncopate, or Redirect to control the battle.

I realized when actually constructing this deck (just threw the decklist up here so I could refer to it when the time to construct it came), and after some great feedback from others, that I needed to tweak the deck slightly. This is the final design I came out with (with the cards I have, unfortunately I have no Crypt Ghast). I am still considering splashing some red and making room for some Searing Spear, Pillar of Flame, Skullcrack, Slaughter Games and Master of Cruelties added to the creatures. Once again advice, thoughts, opinions and upvotes always welcomed and appreciated.
