A prototype Captain Howler cycling deck. The idea is to just discard the cards we currently don't want, one by one, to get to new cards that might help with the current situation and then buff some of our creatures as a byproduct of that. Card suggestions are welcome and appreciated. I mostly used suggestions from EDHREC so please let me know if there are some cards I could try that I might not be aware of or thinking of at the moment.

Updates Add

I added some self-wheel cards like Tolarian Winds and Decaying Time Loop. I also replaced Vandalblast with Rebuild since this list only runs 1 important artifact and Rebuild has a Cycle ability.

I'm thinking it's best to not go too heavily into symmetric wheels for this cycle strategy because we don't really have any way to benefit from opponents drawing lots of cards.

Oliphaunt and Cephalid Inkshrouder are new additions that I think fit better over Thunderhead Gunner and Clamorous Ironclad (even though I really wanted to keep Thunderhead Gunner for the flavor).

The tricky part with this build I've noticed is it's hard to find useful cards while also having enough cards that have cycling. Fortunately there are a few neat cards that cycle and seem useful in a variety of scenarios, but trying to add a non-cycling card that helps the deck might lower the number of cycling cards to the point where there just isn't enough cycling.

Currently, I'm thinking that the deck maybe needs one more source of haste besides Anger. But exactly what kind of haste card I should use and what I would replace for it is giving me some headaches.
