• Update 4: Vault of the Archangel is out and Crystal Vein is in. It works way better and gives me 2 colorless when I need it in a pinch (and then replayed with Crucible of Worlds out). Darksteel Forge/Mycosynth Lattice/Nevinyrral's Disk combo is out. It is very slow and doesn't work well enough now that the deck is getting faster. I have put in Oblivion Stone for mass removal over Nevinyrral's Disk. Lim-Dul's Vault is back in, as well as Mind's Eye for more draw power if I'm whiffing on draw spells. Considering Leyline of the Void to hate out graveyard decks in my meta. Might do some playtesting with it. Will report back.

• Update 3: Got a Crucible of Worlds! Now all I need is an Intuition and a Vindicate and this deck will be finished. (For now...)

• Update 2: Finally got a Lotus Bloom and Lotus Petal off PucaTrade.com. This is a great site to trade cards, so check it out. Mox Diamond is out. I honestly don't think it's that great compared to some of the other mana rocks.

• Update: Added Shocks and Fetches. The manabase is much more streamlined now. Also swapped out Darksteel Ingot for Chromatic Lantern. Still looking for a few cards to replace worse mana rocks. Mox Diamond, Lotus Petal, and Lotus Bloom will be the next additions.

The main goal of this deck is to float under the radar and control the board long enough to tinker out a creature ( Sphinx of the Steel Wind or Magister Sphinx) or go off with one of its combos. The deck is very resilient to artifact hate and sweepers. As long as you don't draw hate early and often you should be fine to pull a win out of nowhere. Input is always welcome so please comment!

Some ideas were taken from Jack LaCroix's Sharuum Primer, although I do not want my deck's main focus to be combo.
