Magister Sphinx , Sphinx Summoner , and Enigma Sphinx would be great. there's nothing like dropping a magister sphinx to piss off a person playing an orloro lifegain deck

Cool deck. You know if you added a Disciple of the Vault you would have a kill combo? Plus it means people have to think twice about blowing up your artifacts.

Step 1) Get Sharuum the Hegemon and Disciple of the Vault into play.
Step 2) Play Phyrexian Metamorph copying Sharuum. Now comes the fun....
Metaruum (The Phyrexian Metamorph copy of the Sharuum) ETB ability goes on the stack. But here is the tricky part. The legendary rule is a state based action, i.e. it doesn't use the stack. This immediately kills sharrum, putting her in your graveyard. THEN the ETB ability goes on the stack. Sharuum is a legal target for metarrum's ability, putting her back into play. at which point the legendary rule and ETB blah blah blah infintie loop. However, Disciple is seeing sharrum die, a bucketload of times and the triggered ability goes on the stack on top of the reanimate one. It resolves each time before Sharuum is reanimated.
At this point your rub your hands together and laugh maniacally as your opponents all squirm a bit.
There are a bunch of Sharuum combos like this one. Sculpting Steel is another combo piece you can use. And you can do things like use Dross Scorpion to untap artifact mana sources and then blue sun your opponent for their deck. Or you can find another creature that pings (or life losses) when artifacts or creatures die.

A great card to add especially to reanimate both creatures and artifacts from your own graveyard or your opponents' is Beacon of Unrest .
