This izzet deck is all about countering spells and dealing tiny amounts of damage each turn to destroy the opponent. Use Guttersnipe to deal damage every time you cast a sorcery or instant. Stall the opponents aggresive attackers with Downsize, Turn and Burn, or Turn to Frog. Time travel with Ral Zarek and get more turns. Overall I think this is a good deck.
