Everything's a lie. There is no cake. No cookies. But now even the integrity of your deck is all a lie. A dark misleading lie. Sheoldred's Minions desecrate and violate the decks you have treasured since you first created them.

The Purpose:

This collection of cards is meant to completely know everything, and to destroy even the most foolproof strategies. It runs fairly smooth, using Gilded Lotus as a mana fix, while also increasing the potency of cards like Reap Intellect or playing opponent's cards stolen with Praetor's Grasp. With Slaughter Games it not only allows you to clear out the opponent's strategies, it also informs you of what they might do next by allowing you to search their hands. As offense, I mix the deck breaker theme with a Rakdos Aggro (Not cheap or numerous, but enough to break down any defenses that sprung up while i was trimming the opponents deck)

Cons:

-The use of "enter and exile" cards like Memoricide act as spot removal before the card gets played, however this deck lacks in necessary board wipes and other control based techniques to keep enemy creatures at a minimum.

-Mana is generally not a problem but if anybody has any better solutions, feel free to provide answers or even a bit of constructive criticism! I win quite often with this deck, and anything that can make it a better threat would be great!

Sidenote: The name was inspired by Praetor's Grasp's flavor text, but it also embodies the deck as i find it great to see opponents writhe in anger when their favorite cards are played against them :D

Suggestions

Updates Add

-2 Memoricide +4 Go for the Throat

The addition of Go for the Throat helps remove creatures as they hit the battlefield, something I had let go unnoticed.Memoricide performs the same duty as Slaughter Games so I feel it will not be sorely missed.

I am still in great consideration of Extirpate and Surgical Extraction but I feel that with this deck is better off neutralizing threats that have not hit the graveyard yet. Despite the extra mana cost of Slaughter Games compared to them, I feel that it is still far more effective and can target a larger number of cards in a library.
