No one's allowed to have fun anymore! It's pretty much just a control deck to keep all your friends from going completely nuts on the gamestate. Or at least try to.

Let's talk about its toys!

Lavinia's my commander of choice for the deck. Once she's on board she's not terribly interesting, but her ETB effect can absolutely shut down board states in early game. Even in mid to late game, she can take a lot of utility cards out of the game, and tokens are completely hosed by her. If only she were Tiny Leaders legal. Also Pro-red, but that's only useful for tanking some fatties and Blasphemous Acts. Only.

To help her police are the usual white/blue toys, annoying enchantments! Island Sanctuary slows down your card advantage in exchange for being almost unattackable for some decks without the total lockdown of Moat. Martial Law holds something down if it's out of Lavinia's jurisdiction or if she's catching up with paperwork in the Command Zone. Delaying Shield is the best thing ever. It can soak up an obscene amount of damage aimed at you and completely negates Commander damage and Infect, and even if you only get blown up by it as soon as your upkeep comes around, at least you can go out with a bang. Even funner if you have any way to get rid of it or to counter the ability before that time comes! Detention Sphere murders copies and tokens for the same cost as an O-ring. Brave the Sands is the best thing ever for keeping blockers around at all times. Dictates of Heliod and Kruphix are more for the offense side, helping you push your creatures in and get you those cards you missed from Island Sanctuary. Everyone is getting more cards than you with it, though, so use wisely. Well of Ideas helps set that straight, and Mind Unbound and Righteous Authority are there for the same job. Gift of Immortality makes certain pains for your opponents just never go away.

Everything else is creatures and fairly tame artifacts, spam AEtherling and Avacyn's abilities, use Azorius Guildmage to hold down those Nev-discs, Mother of Runes soaks up all the spot removal, rule the skies with Archetype, pummel with Tromokratis If something's too fat to start with or someone needs it to be a little softer, nail it with Aven Mimeomancer assuming it doesn't get killed instantly. Or let the criminals slaughter eachother by buffing some of their weaker cards.

Although Lavinia is the star officer and in charge of everything, she's certainly not alone for possible Commanders. Ephara, The God of the PoICE is always on standby, and Augustin's overwatch is so effective, it's almost cruel and unusual punishment. Daxos, Hanna, and two completely different versions of Ojutai are also on standby, but they don't quite have the toys to play general as well as the other three.
