All the Shirei shenanigans you can fit into a mono-black deck, with a healthy amount of removal, finishers and card draw.

With Shirei, Triskelion, Triskelavus and Pentavus fire off their counters, die, and come back with more. Mindless Automaton basically means "draw a card on each player's turn".

Never pay Bone Shredder's echo cost again.

Sacrifice-based utility like Hecatomb, Helm of Possession, Mind Slash and Attrition barely has a downside here. There's a healthy amount of token generation like Bitterblossom, Marsh Flitter, Thopter Assembly and the Trisk- creatures for fodder.

Small-but-handy board-controllers like Sorceress Queen, Coffin Queen and Royal Assassin are even better with the added protection.

Equipment-based finishers like Argentum Armor, Lashwrithe and Strata Scythe provide late-game use for early-game utility weenies. They may not come back after wearing them but that's what Hell's Caretaker and Apprentice Necromancer are for.
