Shirei cruel control and Deathtouch deck. Made for a game format where we have been assigned tier 3 commanders at random, and there may be a certain price cap on the cards.

So, the deck strategies are as follows:

The Main Strategy is creating a good environment to Sack my creatures, get a heck a lot of benefits, then let Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker bring everything back.

First, is Mana Ramp to optimal ability, cards like Cabal Coffers, Crypt Ghast, and Ashnod's Altar. For the fact I may fight against other black decks that will heavily benefit from some of these, I will be using the combo of Extraplanar Lens + Snow-Covered Swamp so have it where I am the sole beneficiary.

Second, control the board. Kill everything using cards like Butcher of Malakir, Big Game Hunter , Dictate of Erebos, Attrition, and Archfiend of Depravity. Once you have the board to yourself, you then can head into the next couple of steps.

Next we can do basically whatever as a win condition. Personally I like to pull some lifegain. Things for this would be the Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond combo pieces (although having them together isn't as important as just having the life gain), Bottle Gnomes , Blood Artist, and Zulaport Cutthroat. Other win conditions is activating Westvale Abbey   to get Ormendahl, Profane Prince   out, using the Shadowborn Apostles to summon my big demons like Ob Nixilis, Unshackled, Archfiend of Depravity, and Reaper from the Abyss. Finally my favorite Janky combo, using Tree of Perdition + Triskaidekaphobia to just blow up everyone of the table in an upkeep.

Protecting Shirei is a key part of this, if he is dead, then sacrificing everything suddenly has an actual price on it. To ensure his survival we look to Lightning Greaves, Swiftfoot Boots, and Darksteel Plate to keep him out of the line of fire.

As always, I am no Master Magic player, and am completely open to suggestions.
