Hey my man, if you want something like Relic Barrier but doesn't take up a spot in the deck you could try Blinkmoth Well. It's good at turning off those Howling Mine or Winter Orbs

Dude why not just have Soldevi Sentry in the deck You can regenerate him any number of times to voltron up regardless of weather he would be destroyed.

I'm surprised you're not running Torpor Orb to stop reanimator and blink decks, as well as various artifacts and enchantments based on creature's ETB.

Hey Perfect_Phyrexia, Ruffigan, squirlfood, LinSivviSlammer. Those are all good suggestions.

Do you know, Torpor Orb I completely forgot about. Ditto Orb of Dreams. Soldevi Sentry I keep putting in and taking out.

May take out Mikokoro, Center of the Sea for Blinkmoth Well.

Think it's at the stage where it needs testing.

It's worth mentioning that Soldevi Sentry does not give you the ability to force opponents to draw repeatedly. The Oracle text says "Choose target opponent. Regenerate Soldevi Sentry. When it regenerates this way, that player may draw a card." It has to be destroyed/die for them to draw.

Hey Daedalus19876. You're right. That's a very important point with Soldevi Sentry. You can't just use it as a mana sink to Voltron Adamaro (or do damage if you were using Nekusar). I've had it in and out as a potential low CMC chump blocker that can be regenerated. But not sure if we need it.

It's also worth pointing out Anvil of Bogardan has an errata saying 'players have no maximum hand size'.

I love the deck idea! seems super fun to play! If I were to sleeve it up for play, I would make the following changes though:

Stormbreath Dragon - Deals damage to all opponents based on the number of cards in their hands, plus its pro white.

Gauntlet of Might & Gauntlet of Power - Heavy mana ramp is always good. Especially with some of the more ambitious plays you would like to make. Also, helps since you draw so many cards.

I would also take out Uphill Battle. It is a weak effect on its own, plus you already have it with Urabrask the Hidden.

Like I said though, love the idea! +1

Also, Empyrial Plate is worth a look too.

Thanks Reaxetion. Appreciate it! Stormbreath Dragon is a good shout. I had it in the deck for a while, then took it out. Not sure the 'monstrosity' damage is worth the mana investment, but it may be a case of trying and seeing.

I originally had Rimescale Dragon in that slot, and I've got my eyes on Runehorn Hellkite, and may try Combustible Gearhulk.

On the gauntlets, would love to run Gauntlet of Might but normally play paper, so may be a bit costly. Gauntlet of Power may be worth a try, especially after dropping Extraplanar Lens.

Empyrial Plate I had in then dropped again. I'm actually thinking Sword of War and Peace may be the best option, possibly swapping in for Loxodon Warhammer.

I didn't even think of Sword of War and Peace. I LOVE that card, especially for your deck!!

As for the Gauntlets, I completely understand. Gauntlet of Might is no easy find. I use my tax refunds for cards like that. As for Gauntlet of Power, I can't recommend it highly enough. It is insane in mono-colored decks. (an all star in my Avacyn, Angel of Hope deck). I do not like Extraplanar Lens at all though. It is WAY to easy to get blown out. I have exiled a land on turn 3, only to have it destroyed before my next turn and been down a land. More than half the time it is a liability instead of a boon.

Reaxetion, yeah I used to run Extraplanar Lens in my mono Horobi deck and got stung by an early Aura Shards for a 2 for 1.

Fun concept, seems like it would work with Multani, Maro-Sorcerer too. Slower, yes but just saying that could also be fun

I admire the mono red love. this is a nice idea for a deck i havent since this before. How many times does Skullcage trigger for you?

something i dont see in here are any of the damage multipliers. Dictate of the Twin Gods or Gratuitous Violence

Nice deck!

December 13, 2016 10:37 p.m.

Put Master of the Feast in. A 5/5 with flying for 3 mana and each upkeep the opponents draw a card.

GreenFuzzyNinja: It's good, but Master is black and this deck is red.

sorry about that

GreenFuzzyNinja no worries. As RazortoothMtg says, it's a good card, just wrong colour. I'm actually playing with a rakdos version with Vial Smasher the Fierce here:

Not sure it works as well. You lose a lot of the ramp with not being pure even though you add a lot more cards that ping for damage.

Very interesting deck. +1!

Sin Prodder, Treasonous Ogre, Scab-Clan Berserker for more mana, damage and spells. Also spell like Jester's Mask could be fun here

Price of Glory could limit your opponents ability to cast instants or flash cards and make it much safer for you to attack ect. I see it in your maybe board but that card always works for me.

Bedlam would be hilarious

I'm a bit confused as to how the wheels actually work with Adamaro. Would his power and toughness be reduced to 0 before players drew back up to 7 cards if you played a wheel effect like Reforge the Soul or Wheel of Fate?

Hey Matrixxx999. Thanks. Good recommendations I've played with Sin Prodder before, and the issue is 'any opponent'. It tends to involve you having to bin lands and/or cards you need. Combustible Gearhulk fills a similar role, but allows you to choose. Scab-Clan Berserker I may test though, as additional pings are quite useful.

carpecanum. Yeah, I need to try Price of Glory maybe for one of the fork effects. I've tended to find them less great draws.

natephil it's a good question. Basically it's to do with state based actions. The game state never checks before you draw the cards back so it doesn't die. Same with Psychosis Crawler.
