Diabolic Revelation is too slow. If I get liliana's master I will be using it to win with card:Rakdos's Return, not to search for cards that in the late game won't do as much.
Still considering Underworld Connections and Rakdos Keyrune :).

Have you considered Chandra, the Firebrand ? A little extra damage could put you over the edge...but more importantly copying a card:Rakdos's Return or overloaded Mizzium Mortars would be hilarious. Runs Great!

to solve the sigarda problem put more mutilates and if your have to vampire nighthawk, helps against agro and kills sigarda, secondly is your playing a standard version of pox....... play liliana of the veil!!! shes used in legacy y not in standard if you can.......i was thinking of making a UB version of this with snapcaster so you can get more value and card draw so its not just top deck after top deck.......... with runechanters pike

@joking_pumpkin- buffy already mentioned that he would "GREATLY prefer to keep this creatureless." Liliana of the Veil has already been suggested and the reason why it is not in this deck is because he is not about to add in a card that will make him discard as well when he is already struggling to draw cards. Also, you pretty much already have ruined his page. :P Some commenters will read up to your comment and go to look at your deck and the. Their focus has been shifted. I don't want to seem like I'm rude and that you committed a crime or anything but this is just for future reference and so buffy can have a clean page without any attention grabbers. =]
I believe Slaughter Games is worth MBing in this deck. It gets rid of the 3 problems you stated above in the description and other pesky cards like Diregraf Captain , Thragtusk , and creatures with undying (Vorapede ). It can also be used to scan over your opponent's deck so you have a general idea what your opponent is trying/going to do.
Might want to reset this discussion. It's at the point where people are beginning to not read anymore. Besides, you've updated this site enough that you have summarized everything on here anyways. :P

Have you considered Past in Flames ? Might just save your life mid/late game. Allowing you to flashback a field wipe or a card:Rakdos's Return

Good idea. Maybe remove the Mizzium Mortars . The triple red mana cost bothers me

@w999, I don't really know how to put all the comments in to the updates :/. If I knew how, I would have :).

When you edit you updates, their is a little box above the save button. Looks like this:
Reset discussion. . . . . . . (Box) all comments on your deck will be moved to your updates
You can always unset it too. Just Bo back and uncheck the box

Past in Flames and Rakdos Keyrune are still to be considered.

What's your plan against Geist of Saint Traft ? Without Mutilate he easily takes you apart, but you only have 3 of them and the opponent might have countermagic. Mizzium Mortars might be too slow to stop geist and you only play 10 red sources anyway, so you won't always be able to overload it on turn 6 or 7. You really should give some respect to this card and try to figure out a good way to fight it.
Btw, Stensia Bloodhall , despite being a horrible card in most decks, seems like something this list could actually make use of as a 1- or 2-of.

Tribute to Hunger or Barter in Blood could be very handy in removing hexproof baddies if Mainboarded. BB could take care of your opponent's nonsense topdecking with no side effect for you, TtH provides the same effect for less mana and gives you a slight life buffer. Also dropping Mizzium Mortars for 2x Slaughter Games would help you remove any pesky cards you want, get a peek at your opponent's deck on turn one or even remove the cards they sideboarded in to deal with you.

Also, consider testing Stab Wound . It may be worth the gamble letting them keep the creature for 2 extra damage a turn, or it doubles as removal.

Love this deck. Love Rakdos in general. Oh, and this is a deck that I'm only a few cards short of! Definitely gonna make a few adjustments and sleeve this next time I go to FNM.
I suggest making room for Tragic Slip . It can get around creatures that are indestructible (I'm looking at you, Falkenrath Aristocrat and Predator Ooze ) and can take care of almost any creature. Since this deck already has a lot of removal you won't have a problem activating Morbid.

I've started working on a discard deck of my own. I would DEFINITELY add Rakdos Keyrune because it works wonderfully. I would also drop Mizzium Mortars for Blasphemous Act . Against a heavy aggro deck...you can play it turn 3/4 and essentially reset the game. I have also been experimenting with Descent into Madness , it works great because you can remove a few choice things for 2/3 turns (usually do land) and then choose to exile it whenever you don't want it anymore, though there are definitely better things for the slot. Staff of Nin really helps to shorten the games by quite a bit. And I am running 2x Grimoire of the Dead for an ulterior win condition...and its fairly easy to pull off with a long game. If you want to keep it simple Bump in the Night may help speed up your kill, but doesn't have any defensive ability tied to it, but i have started games with 2 in hand and been very happy around mid-game. Anyways, just my input again

Oh yeah...and using Liliana of the Dark Realms second effect on Rakdos Keyrune with an open field is devastating...and no one sees it coming.
