Shrine of Burning Blue (Modern MTG Deck)

Based on my older deck Big Red Royalty, I wanted to try something new, Red/Blue control. The main idea is to get Shrine off while stalling and drawing into answers with the blue splashed in, and if that doesn't work you could always burn them out with Burning Vengeances or Phoenixes. Think Twice and Desperate Ravings are good to draw into anything. Slagstorm to keep the field nice and golden from Invisible Stalkers and Chandra's Phoenix to fight off any Delver of Secrets that comes your way. Dissipate and Mana Leak are good to make sure your opponent can't drop any huge cards and the Geistflames plus Chandra herself makes damn good sure to keep them dead. Volt Charge is nice because it slaps on two charge counter on Shrine of Burning Rage and it can spot remove too.

The sideboard has a Blasphemous Act to side out for the Slagstorms in case someone has a tendency to drop five Titans at once. Flashfreeze to stop those Red Decks from Winning and Ghost Quarters to make sure Kessig and Inkmoth stay down for good. Surgical Extraction because in this metagame everyone and seems to be running a playset of everything and it all makes for an easier time if they can't draw into them anymore. Oh, and two Laboratory Maniacs because mill is big this year.
