Thanks for your input. The reason I put the wolves in was because I dropped Artful Dodge in favour of something which did a similar thing but had a body. I also liked that it came back with a counter which meant it could join the ranks of proliferate.
I had 2 Inexorable Tide in there before the last edit which I might return. I feel like something's still a bit off with the deck though. I think you're right about getting those Tumble Magnet to fit, which should stay charged up because of proliferate.

I slimmed down the creatures in favour of Tumble Magnet going mainboard, Inexorable Tide is back in as well which speeds counters up during late game.

I really like the look of this deck, it looks fun. Have you taken it to fnm yet? how did it do?

Nah I haven't yet, I finish up uni in a week or so though which will give me a chance to give it some play. Still need to buy a few of the cards too. Cheers, I'm due for a new deck and wanted to build one a bit weird and fun.

That was very fun to playtest! And unlike many of the really fun decks, it was very effective, too!
+1 from this guy!
Hey could you do me a favor and look at my deck deck:shrines-thunder and tell me what you think? It's my no creature RDW for fun deck. I like to keep it around for the turbofogs that pop up =D

I saw this deck a couple of days ago, loved it. I threw it together yesterday and messed around with it a couple of times. I am a huge fan of Markov Blademaster but I think this deck might benefit more with AEther Adept that way you could have a creature and kick one of theirs back. I took out the blademasters for the adepts. Also, I added 2 Contagion Engine instead of the Lux Cannon as more of a sideboard. If you are trying to go the crazy proliferate route with the test subjects, then it makes stuff go off like crazy... I found it was a good late game clutch. Just a thought, +1 though.

Yeah not bad I was seeing if I could fit Contagion Engine in there somehow. AEther Adept is cool I was also looking at Vedalken Anatomist which is some decent creature control + a source for -1/-1 counters alongside Contagion Engine . I know what you mean about Markov Blademaster she really goes off if she can get a few hits in but otherwise she's pretty stuck. For most situations I feel that I have enough control to let her through with Vapor Snag and Frost Breath .
Still needs some shuffling around though, thanks for the input.

Yeah, no problem. I had the same problem with the blademasters in my tribal vampire deck, it would usually get killed the same turn it came out because people knew exactly what was about to happen. Vedalken Anatomist is a great idea i never thought of, i like it. As far as contagion engine is concerned, I would sideboard that. Because of its high mana cost, manabarbs would really start hurting you faster than it would begin punishing the opponent. So, I guess if your opponent is running cheap creatures, take out the barbs and put in the engine. that is what I would do.

I like it... How does it play?
Unblockable Izzet is my take on the idea. There's a link on it that you should check out from mtg daily that holds truer to the proliferate idea. I've found that my deck is amazing when it comes together, but falls short without key interactions.

Yeah I find it plays well, I had an old build which used Curse of Stalked Prey and Invisible Stalker but I found this to be more reliable. It's very hard to get back into the game when you're off to a slow start with stalker and vampires which is why I switched to undying- your creatures come out bigger and when they are off'd they come back with a counter on them which can grow very quickly in the same turn.

I'd probably shrink the creature base a bit, to get more board control main decked, like Tumble Magnet . My gut tells me to pull the Pyreheart Wolf s to those Magnets in.
Other than that, it looks like a pretty fun deck to play. Maybe an Inexorable Tide or two?
