Shu Yun was chosen over Ruhan of the Fomori as the Commander due to him being faster, and having the capacity to buff himself much higher than Ruhan.

The deck is basic Voltron, building up Shu Yun to kill with Commander Damage. What spells and equipment that aren't used to buff him are used for protection instead. The multiple instances of enchant removal (and the means to grab them with Sunforger) were included as a response to the no-tuck rule; with lockdown enchants like Nevermore being subbed in for Condemn, it is necessary to ensure Shu Yun can get out to the field. Counters are relied on not to shut down opponent hijinks, but are included as added to prevent Shu's removal when his death can't be afforded.

While built as a budget deck, I do have SOME space to add bling. Suggestions are always welcome.
