There are a few Sidisi, Undead Vizier or Maralen of the Mornsong with Ad Nauseam builds out there in the wild. Many un-updated for some time, or just not optimized to this extent. The goal here is to tutor for Ad Nauseam, or continue to find ways to get it back again and again. You've got the 5 or so best black tutors in the game, as well as Sidisi, Undead Vizier (who may seem slow, but comes out quick with our lands and free rocks). Average CMC is kept SUPER low on purpose, to essentially draw your entire deck (or as much as possible) when you do get Ad Nauseam to resolve.

You have a few ways to go about this, but ultimately, if playing a control player, first tutor for Boseiju, which will make your Ad Nauseam uncounterable. If not playing control matchup, you can go directly for Ad Nauseam.. or better yet, you have it in your starting hand. But there are options. If no tutors in hand, but a proper hand otherwise, keep it and just use Sidisi, Undead Vizier to Exploit to itself. You can also use Cavern of Souls to guarantee Sidisi, Undead Vizier can be cast. Draw from Ad Nauseam until you hit your instant death combo of choice, and make sure to do this BEFORE playing your land for turn, as you'll want to drop a protective land like Glacial Chasm BEFORE comboing off (so you don't insta-kill yourself).

I could not find their deck here, nor a primer.. but I did really prefer a lot of Phil's artifact choices over most of what was existing here on TappedOut. That said, I did tweak the build to my liking.

Also, many thanks to Profet93 for showing me a few better ways to tweak this build for my use. I have a much better understanding of how to handle interaction thanks to them.

Note: Maralen of the Mornsong is in the Maybeboard, and can be swapped in as commander against non control players. She's faster, and can be used to put the exact pieces together while also slowing our opponents draw down. Handy to put in place of Sidisi, Undead Vizier if you know you aren't going to be countered at all.
