I added blue so the deck can go wider on the board instead of all in on the graveyard.

Birds of Paradise let's you ramp and adds evasion with Nighthowler.

Satyr Wayfinder and Grisly Salvage are necessary on turn 2 to get the graveyard online and hit your land drops. I was adding blue so I went with Nightveil Sprite for recurring mill and more evasion as a trial run. I dropped Nightveil Sprite for Stitcher's Supplier with the better milling. To regain the lost evasion I added Skaab Ruinator. They work perfectly together and can rebuild the graveyard and board if either one is wiped out.

Courser of Kruphix for land draw and a little life gain. Great blocker too. The card reveal can be helpful when deciding to mill. I use Courser of Kruphix on turn three if I'm going the plan B route. Nyx Weaver or Lotleth Troll might be better in this slot.

Slaughterhorn as a pump and adds to creature count in the graveyard.

Nighthowler will mostly be coming down on turn 4 as an enchantment. Being an Enchantment Creature with Bestow helps against sweepers.

Splinterfright is the main engine and plan A. A little Nighthowler action here too.

Plan B is Sidisi, Brood Tyrant. It's great if he comes down right after Splinterfright. There are plenty of cards left to help get you free tokens if Splinterfright gets popped.

Verdant Catacombs is an obvious choice but I don't have any so I'm working with what I got. Fatal Push for some fast spot removal. The side board is meta dependant. I put some catch all cards for my meta.
