My mono-black budget commander deck! This was originally inspired by Mikaeus, Extreme Sub $20 Budget EDH but Mikaeus is actually an expensive commander, and i found that deck was too combo and commander dependent for my tastes.

Sidisi, Undead Vizier is nice because she can pull up any card you want at any time in the game by exploiting herself. In a long game, it's actually better to exploit her to herself so you can replay her again without requiring a sac-engine. And the deck can win without ever playing the commander.

Promise of Power is one of my favorite power cards.

the main focus is card draw, card draw, card draw, tutors, creature removal, and then flying lifelinkers once your oponents run out of threats and you still have seven cards in your hand.
