Sultai's slowly become my favorite color combination and while other commanders (Tasigur, Damia, Mimeoplasm,etc.) are cool, Sidisi has my favor because she was the first commander my friend gave me that got me into the game. Here's my budget friendly take on her.

Couple of win conditions...

Freed from the Real + Karametra's Favor + Servant of Tymaret = Infinite life loss for opponents.

or

Mortuary + Altar of Dementia + Narcomoeba = infinite zombie tokens with Sidisi on the field. Add Blood Artist/Zulaport Cutthroat/Falkenrath Noble and it's another GG.

Because this deck is meant to be more budget, I am not including all of the really nice tutors (i.e. Demonic/Vampiric/Diabolic Edict, etc.). However, the really useful Transmute spells have been included to dig for the necessary combo pieces with an emphasis placed more on the 3 CMC and 4CMC costing cards. Narcomoeba isn't a super necessary combo target because we can just mill ourselves in order to get it onto the battlefield for the infinite sack.
