A self-mill creature token deck, with a couple tools against graveyard hate. Aggressively trigger commander's mill effects until you can stabilize (Gnaw to the Bone, Elderscale Wurm) buying time to one-shot with any win condition.

Main mills: Hermit Druid, Doom Whisperer, Phenax, God of Deception, Deadeye Navigator

Win conditions:

1. Swing wide with creature Tokens (Zombies from Sidisi, Brood Tyrant, Spiders Spider Spawning, and Wolves Kessig Cagebreakers)

2. Combo Creature Tokens with Syr Konrad, the Grim Ayara, First of Locthwain or Necropolis Regent

3. Pair a big swinger Splinterfright, Boneyard Wurm with Wonder in the graveyard.

Bonus points if you flash in a Nighthowler onto an unblocked creature using Alchemist's Refuge or Emergence Zone

My favorite approach is flashing in Dread Return at end of opponent's turn, targeting Doom Whisperer and spam Surveil to amass Zombies and locate Gnaw to the Bone. Cast it to continue Surveiling if you haven't found a win con.
