Xylode the great thing is you can blink any of the creatures included (except Sylvan) I think the reward is worth the risk, Especially since Invasive can also bounce anything, any of the creature targets, or any of the 'blink' enchantment effects. I already have an Abzan midrange that I play on the regular with all of the things you described above. I was trying to think outside of the box and take the build to a different place rather than just sticking with what a lot of people seem to be doing with the build. Thanks for your time looking and giving feedback though I do appreciate it and I'll do my best to return the favor.

No problemo I do like your take it and no one will ever see it coming that is for sure it is defiantly unique. +1 !

Thank you for your compliment, it is taken to heart. I just made a minor adjustment in removing the End Hostilities from the side and adding in Brain Maggot. Maggot is one of the two cards I fear the most in standard right now (besides Despise/Seize) the other being Ashiok. I also added him for his obvious synergy with Doomwake and also to be able to snag some early removal they may have, thus lessening my chance Im getting 2-0 or 2-1'd in game 2 or 3.

Moved Utter End out of the side so I could transfer Sorin out of the main to add in Thoughtseize.

Triad of Fates has a decent blink ability, maybe some of them would work well

problem I can see with triad is it sits right in Siege Rhino's curve, but nice suggestion I'll definitely look closer at it.

Roaring Primadox? It kinda messes with rhino's curve but you can play it every turn. +1 Though Good Idea!

Just so you know, you can't target your Siege Rhino with your Banishing Light.

Jimhawk very true, however I can target their banishing light/suspension field thats covering my siege rhino.

you might want to check out Skybind and Heliod, God of the Sun. you can bounce your rhino every turn for 4cmc this way

Pharika, God of Affliction can also trigger Skybind for less mana but you need creatures in your graveyard to feed him

Don't know if this messes with the themes of your deck too much, but, have you considered Spirit Bonds, it is a cheap, multifaceted enchantment that works with your bouncing ability, for an extra mana, it gives you 1/1 fliers which you said you wanted something in the air, and it has a convenient indestructible ability to protect your Siege Rhino
Just a thought. Otherwise, it is a pretty interesting take. +1

I'm loving this deck. +1 for sure. I would just be wary of Blue players. Your idea is really cool, but just from looking at the deck list, I want to side in all of my counter spells. I would counter every Rhino, leaving you without a win condition. I assume that is why you have the Doomwakes, Elspeth, and Sorin, as alternate win conditions. However, each of those is still within range of Disdainful Stroke. If I were you, I would add in at least a few Mistcutter Hydra. They may not fit in your initial strategy, but they'll wreck any Blue sideboard. Also, I would consider 1 Soul of Innistrad to get your creatures back in an emergency. Otherwise, it's still a nice bomb. Great job, and keep up the good work!

How about using Chord of Calling to get that much needed Siege Rhino out faster?
December 7, 2014 6:47 p.m.
This deck sucks ass. Fucking loses so hard to other abzan decks.
December 7, 2014 8:58 p.m.
omedterry you've clearly never seen a homebrew deck that actually works. I've played against it several times with typical heroic build, my jeskai build and a constellation build. It worked them over in a few rounds and was able to grind out most of the others, as it stands your lacking all logic right now and seems like your just trying to Troll.
Grow the fuck up, this isn't 4chan.

Updates Updates Updates!
So this weekend I took this to a standard tourney with approx 100 players. I just missed top 8 with a 7-2 record. My two losses were imo just bad luck, I drew very poorly, at no point did I feel like I was overpowered by another deck or outplayed by another deck. I lost to U/W Heroic in 3 games and lost to a midrange Mardu deck in 3 games.
I beat two sidisi whip decks without using my sideboard, 2-0 them both. I played aggro abzan and had little trouble, and an abzan midrange deck that was probably longest 2 games I played all day- however this deck is very very very good in attrition matches, make no mistake.
I did run 3x Mistcutter Hydra on the side and brought them in against every blue builds but only saw him once and he wasnt really a factor since I as already running away with the game. I wouldnt remove him as I thought he was an awesome suggestion.
So rhino is really awesome but Im gunna tell you why I think the deck works so well. It curves out very beautifully and carries pressure from every single slot. If someone were to remove all my siege rhinos the deck can still be piloted to victory fairly easy. Invasive Species is just a bomb of a card, probably as much as Siege Rhino is in this deck. He comes down at a great cost for his body, and he creates so much flexibility and value. he can bounce any of my enchantments, rhino, sage, or one of the lands you just tapped to play him.
The one creature I did have trouble with was Stormbreath Dragon, and Im playing around with some number of Murderous Cut or possibly more Abzan Charm and trying to figure out what Im going to take out of my side in favor of that change.
More to come!
December 8, 2014 10:37 a.m.
Lol, you'll get some good testing against stormbreaths. A playset was a shoo-in my mardy build

you've been trying to use that set of stormbreaths for a minute now lol
how about those sarkhans, did they find a home there too?
December 8, 2014 10:52 a.m.
I'm ahead of your curve!
I seriously sat there and tried to think of a brew that could compete and trade punches with this bad boy right after you rolled me lmao.
And mardu it was.

Is a two for 0 worth the blinking of Siege Rhino ? If It a 6 life swing is actually worth the cards in your meta then the deck seems fine.
Otherwise i would remove alot of your bounce effects and try to bring the deck closer to the normal mid range abzan mix with Courser of Kruphix and Abzan Charms maybe a Wingmate Roc or two.
