Looking for some solid non-budget breaking Angels 4-6 CMC.

As far as angels who won't break your budget, I can only think of Luminarch Ascension and Transcendent Master (who is practically an angel). You can post a general question in the Q&A so the entire community can answer it.

Just do a search on a shop site for cheap angels. Cardkingdom has a search filter that can filter based on card description and price.

Off the top of my head, Emeria Angel , Deathless Angel , Herald of War , Angel of Serenity , Angel of Finality , Requiem Angel , Luminous Angel , Platinum Angel , and Blinding Angel .

And if you're going to run lots of one creature type, Cavern of Souls is a must.

Some of those I already had in the list, but a few of those look like pretty solid yes and a couple more as solid maybes.
