Pauper EDH deck. There isn't really a solidified set of rules for pauper EDH, so here's the rules that I followed:

This deck is designed to be an inevitability engine as long as Sigil Captain is on the battlefield. Thallids are a key component, churning out 1/1s that Sigil Captain turns into 3/3s. Presence of Gond does a similar trick, and goes well with Stonybrook Schoolmaster or Midnight Guard. Speaking of Midnight Guard, he becomes a machine gun with Viridian Longbow or a nuclear warhead if he is paired with Nightshade Peddler.

Banishment Decree is interesting in this format because there aren't any "tuck" effects, but if I hit a General with Banishment Decree right before the opponent searches their library (Evolving Wilds, green ramp, etc etc) it will tuck their general much like Oblation would. Lapse of Certainty followed by Deglamer can do the same trick but it's much less reliable.

Night Soil should help keep undying/persist loops from being too much of a bother while giving me more saprolings.

Let me know what you think!
