General Gameplan and Deck Info

Hi all, this is a 100% power cEDH deck centered around the Dramatic Reversal and Isochron Scepter combo, as well as the card Bolas's Citadel. The latter is a pet card and I've always wanted to build a powerful deck around it. This deck is not min-maxed to its absolute potential. Doing so would require removing Bolas's Citadel :( and transforming it into something like this: Aetherflux Machine Gun
In spite of this, the deck still performs extremely smoothly and has the capability to win at any table, so long as you understand how to play cEDH.

Commanders

Silas Renn, Seeker Adept: Silas's deathtouch is a fantastic way of deterring opponents from blocking him. Doing so allows for both his and Tymna's abilities to shine. Silas and egg-like artifacts, such as Lotus Petal and Nihil Spellbomb, synergize very well.

Card Selection

I'll talk about interesting cards, skipping those that are fairly self explanatory, such as Brainstorm and Demonic Tutor.

Bolas's Citadel: One of the extremely powerful value engines of the deck. With this and Sensei's Divining Top out, you can easily draw tons of cards by playing the Top off of the top (haha) of your library. I've considered adding in Mana Severance to thin the deck of lands when necessary, and/or Tendrils of Agony to pad your life total while you're playing cards off the top. If Aetherflux Reservoir is on the battlefield, you'll have no problem staying at a healthy life total while comboing off.

Note the interaction this card has with effects like Necropotence; it allows you to skip past lands that may stop you from playing more spells.

Cards I'd definitely include but don't have

The dual lands! Scrubland, Tundra and Underground Sea.
I'd like to squeeze Codex Shredder in too, somehow.

Alternative Win Conditions

Playing this deck without Bolas's Citadel and including the Laboratory Maniac package would probably make it more consistent. I like Citadel too much to cut it, unfortunately.

Notes:

Lavinia, Azorius Renegade: is only good against certain pods.
Narset, Parter of Veils: see Lavinia. Also makes people upset with you.
Narset's Reversal: see Lavinia.
