This deck was updated fairly heavily since my last version. Here's what I got:

The main idea of the deck is control to the max. We have Isochron Scepter as a main combo piece. What's it used for? Well the obvious choice is Silence, but early game we might want to use it for Boomerang against aggro decks, or even to bounce their lands. Vapor Snag is also good for creatures, and to apply slight pressure to their life. Think Twice? Yes, so many cards.

The other half of the deck is around Panoptic Mirror , which can be used with any of the Instants, but is best paired with Part the Waterveil for infinite turns.

The creatures are all meant to stall or speed the combo. Reflector Mage helps us bounce scary looking creatures while Wall of Denial can stop them in their tracks. Lastly, Augury Owl helps us dig for exactly what we need.
