B/U Dragons may seem like a strange combination, and it is. But look at it this way Blue can give us draw and control while black brings us removal and tutors.
Although they're aren't many good B/U dragons we can make use of recursion to keep the creatures in cycle. Silumgar also has some nice synergy pieces where you Sudden Spoiling, Polymorphist's Jest after you attack with two dragons. Cards like Curse of the Swine also become stronger because the dragons will also kill the pigs.
I also run a few counter spells to make this deck more oppressive as well as a few steal cards for fun Control Magic / Blatant Thievery.
I run a good few "Clone" effects to copy some of my dragons because lets be frank, there aint that many but cards like Xenograft make it easier.
The deck also runs the standard ramp effects like Burnished Hart / Solemn Simulacrum and a few other mana rocks to help ramp the deck a little.
