26 lands is way too many. I've been working on a part of a team to make Dimir a modern thing for awhile now; the collection of our progress can be found here.
For the sideboard, cards like Far / Away, Hurkyl's Recall, Spellskite, Jace, Architect of Thought, Dragon's Claw, Disfigure, Fulminator Mage, and Dispel are fantastic includes.

Wow thanks for the advice. I will definitely be checking out some of those decks. Your sideboard suggestions are great, I might try making one now. I wasn't quite sure how many lands to include so I went with 26 - I'll probably cut down to 24 now.

It appears that the code for putting Dimir Charm as background isn't working. Oh well. Btw it looks amazing on your decks.

Try this code. The first code makes the background, the second one makes the boxes clear so you can actually see the background. You're not an upgraded user, so I don't know if it'll work or not.

Yeah it looks like its not working, probably because I'm not upgraded. Thanks anyway.
