Something I've realized while playing Shadows Over Innistrad werewolves is they have a hard time finishing off a game. The aggro is there and the mid game is too, but I felt like I couldn't actually kill my opponent. My creatures seem to never get stronger than a power of 3 or 4 sometimes 5 at best. I looked into some artifacts and a little bit of mana ramping and think I have a solution... Silver (A.K.A. Artifacts)!

Neglected Heirloom   I've for sure seen in other decks but let me know what you think of the other bits of the deck.

With either Ulvenwald Captive   or a Krallenhorde Howler   on board I can pull out a Verdurous Gearhulk turn 4 and place those 4 +1/+1 counters on say, a Moonrise Intruder   who has Menace and would be nasty!

Vehicle's with werewolves could be strong as well, specifically Skysovereign, Consul Flagship. It can be very simple to get a creature with power 3 to crew if Howlpack Resurgence is on the board and for creatures like Duskwatch Recruiter   who I don't want attacking anyway, I can basically double utilize him.
