Hello, this is a simic deck that I've always wanted to build, after starting magic using a graft deck from Ravnica.

SideBoard are some of the cards I will definitely run but cannot afford yet or am getting.

Looking for advice on what to run and things to swap out. Although there may be stronger alternatives to several cards, I'm trying to preserve the counter theme.
