This deck features some ramp in the form of Birds of Paradise and Noble Hierarch, to try and reach the sweet dream. That dream involves getting a lot of +1/+1 counters with Chasm Skulker and Lorescale Coatl (with drawing effects from Remand and Serum Visions boosted by Hardened Scales), moving around the +1/+1 counters with Bioshift, Drawing cards with Fathom Mage and shooting everything with Walking Ballista.

The splash is mainly because of Gavony Township, wich is huge on this deck! Also, the sideboard card options get a lot better with it!
