First thing I would do to ease your budget is lose 3 copies of Day's Undoing. It's and expensive card and only a real benefit to you in certain situations. (i.e. if you're running an aggressive deck and have played out your hand while your opponent is holding a full hand. or if you are up against a mill deck.) The rest of your cards are pretty inexpensive. You're playing a slow game, intending to disrupt everything your opponent is trying to do. I would suggest Talent of the Telepath and Psychic Rebuttal. There's nothing more insulting to your opponent than not only stopping his/her tricks, but also using them against him/her! Also, with Chasm Skulker, I would play more on the draw aspect. Perhaps Monastery Siege and Refocus.

@Dragonman39 I like the suggested Monastery Siege, because not only will it help with drawing cards, but because of my relatively low creature count I need them to be protected. Also, in my deck I am running Day's Undoing because the end the turn clause doesn't particularly affect me. I haven't found Psychic Rebuttal to have very many targets, and I don't think many of my creatures will benefit much from the untapped of Refocus, but talent of the telepath seems interesting, at least as a sideboard card. I will however try out your suggestions. Thank you for the input :)

Yep, losing the 2 copies brought the price from $105 to under $80. Big help.
