This is My Simic based deck. Momir Vig, Simic Visionary is the commander with him there are three win cons built in.

First: there is card draw out using Laboratory Maniac, using Enter the Infinite I can draw down to one card in the library. But since there is also a ton of card draw options, it would be easy to finish off the system but casting Laboratory Maniac and some other things so finish it off that turn, or the next depending on what's on the field.

Second: Counters. Using Darksteel Reactor, I can use a turn based counter build up to win, but with cards that have proliferate or cards like Energy Chamber which will allow me to convert other counters every turn, giving me two counter per a turn. Vorel of the Hull Clade will allow me to do that as well. Lots of counter boosting.

Third: and final, but not least is a Biovisionary combo along with Progenitor Mimic. Using Progenitor Mimic to copy Biovisionary , only two turns after the initial copy is needed. This can be accelerated with cards like Magistrate's Scepter and Lighthouse Chronologist or a Clone.

Of course there are lot of counters running around on the field as is common for Simic, so there is also the option of creating really big monsters that keep on growing and beating my opponent until they're dead.
