I was playing a casual 60 card deck with Momir Vig and ended up with Rashmi on the board,from there things just got crazy. So I thought I'd build a full scale EDH deck with only U/G creatures and see if this craziness can go off again. Nothing to spectacular here. For those who might be unfamiliar, Vig's abilities are separate so when they go on the stack at the same time as Rashmi's ability, you can resolve them in any order you'd like. So basically, cast a creature, tutor and cast another creature.
This is the first draft.
