Deck is part of a series of "Guild EDH" decks attempting to keep the flavorful spirit of one of Ravnica's guilds.

This deck was made after reading an article about U/G commander stating that "Unless the card in question was Plaxcaster Frogling, a card with graft is generally not worth being played in commander." Though I realized that this statement was subjective to opinion, I thought I would try my luck at proving the statement wrong at-least in my mind. The result was a wacky and zany deck that has Given me some of my most entertaining wins. So many times I would draw a card and start laughing so hard that my I almost grew gills and fins on the spot. I can not count the number of times that, using the original decklist, a mise would accidentally the game.

Without removing anything that had previously helped me, I upped the draw count to a range that often found a way to draw 10+ cards in a turn by turn 5 and 20-40 cards in a turn by turn 10 all while focusing on +1/+1 counters and the flexibility of Graft.

For the longest time after the announcement of Return to Ravnica I waited an anxious fear, scared that whatever keyword was picked for the Simic Combine would ruin the decks focus. When evolve was released however, I found myself leaping for joy. Suddenly my walls that ramped or drew me cards had a purpose beyond their traditional in the form of evolving my creatures. With the addition of Biovisionary and Master Biomancer, suddenly my creature copies became another way to accidentally win. Sudenly Experiment Kraj went from redundant to broken with Gyre Sage hanging around.

This deck appears on the surface to be a lot slower than a traditional U\G commander deck but I ensure you the truth is quite the opposite. It also looks quite dull in list form but I challenge you to give it a try and just like the Simic themselves, choose your own evolution. If you do, I can assure you you won't be disappointed.
