I'm mostly a Modern man myself, but I honestly think this deck could stand toe-to-toe with most of the Mod I've played against. If I knew you were gonna be at an FNM near me with this deck, I'd go out of my way to make a bad-ass Standard just to play against this. Very nicely done, +1.

Thanks for the comment! It's funny that you mention Modern, since many of my opponents joke that they're playing against a Modern deck when they see the Blue splash.

I might give this deck a second look for Modern once it rotates (very soon =( so sad). One obvious change tho would be Llanowar Elves over Avacyn's Pilgrim.

I'm personally a little sad that this deck is no longer standard, because I've got a very post-rotation standard deck I made with this deck in mind; Gray, Sanguine Whips of Fate.
