U/G emerge in Eldritch Moon standard. The basic premise of the deck is to have a crap ton of small creatures that replace themselves either when they enter the battlefield, leave the battlefield, or even both. Then, to supplement that, we have the best emerge creatures that are coming in Eldritch Moon. Other than 2 Imprisoned in the Moons and some lands, that's it.

When we move to the sideboard, we notice something: only 2 noncreature spells. This is because we are a heavy creature based deck that can't afford to be putting in Negates, Dispels, and other spells. So, instead we have some creatures that act as spells, but then leave behind a body.
