Simic Flash deck
Considered making it three color, but 2 colors makes the mana easier and lets us play mutavaults. Sticking to two colors makes it easier to have UU and/or GG by T3 for Dissolve or Boon Satyr. Only a limited amount of creatures with Flash, and certain amount of UG control staples, so not much room for experimenting.
Jace, Architect of Thought is too good not to have in here, despite not having Flash. +1 makes armies smaller, -2 draws you in to more creatures or counters. The +1 is synergistic here with our smaller creatures.
Scavenging Ooze is also a champ here, because we will trade with a lot of creatures. Some of our creatures might be below the curve of other creatures, so Scavenging Ooze helps get a little more out of them. Only 3, as there are better creatures to play first, and we prefer to play non-Flash spells when we can still have mana open for a counter.
Primeval Bounty often gives us more card advantage than a Planeswalker. And if you manage to get two out, gg. Aside from Detention Sphere no one is packing MB removal for Enchantments. Not many people are even packing SB Enchantment removal, although that will change in BNG with more enchantments and more enchantment removal.
For the sideboard, Syncopates are usually the first thing sided out. Replace with Essence Scatter against creature heavy decks, or
Gainsay
against control.
Skylasher is a Flash bear for control matchups. Control matchups are already somewhat favorable, although sometimes turn in to an annoying game of EoT chicken.
