A few months ago, someone on Reddit had posted a deck that revolved around turning all your opponent's lands into islands, then using Choke to make sure they never untapped. The win con was cards Ebony Owl Netsuke and Howling Mine. While fun, the deck was too slow to ever really compete. I've reengineered the deck, which will hopefully make the deck more competitive.

The gameplan is still the same at the basic level. Use enchantments to turn opponent's lands into Islands. Use Choke to make sure they don't untap. There is ramp, Commune with the Gods and tap-down control.

Deck still needs tuning and feedback. Sideboard was pretty much just thrown together, and really needs to be rebuilt to the meta.
