With the loss of Heroic Intervention and Blossoming Defense, my big green boys needed some protection from spells. Luckily, we have Nullhide Ferox as a new face. Beyond that, we have a splash of blue to help keep the big boys safe from nasty spells and give card draw, which is something that mono green desperately wants.

Sideboard--Vine Mare is for fighting black (and in a similar vein, Deathgorge Scavenger acts as graveyard hate). Pelakka Wurm can give me an extra turn against a fast red deck, and hopefully they've run out of steam at that point.
