I'll test it out some and see. I've been considering Cyclonic Rift a lot so i'll probably use a couple. Any suggestions for more draw power ?

Jace, Architect of Thought is really good in these decks that produce of power and pressure. While you push your opponent to play defensively, Jace comes down and has little to fear.
Also, I'd really be running Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx with Cyclonic Rift . The Overload DOES cost 7 mana, after all.

That would be really good. Though i was planning on using 3 kiora when born of the gods comes out. Would 5 planeswalkers be too much? And i might put to nykthos in but idk.

What do you guys think is better here. Horizon Chimera or Vassal Soul ?And should i leave out Elusive Krasis or not?

I think its getting better now. Definitely an improvement from the beginning. Anyone else think so? Im still taking suggestions on this and my other decks. All comments and upvotes appreciated.

Elusive Krasis is a good blocker, and great at evolving other creatures, but Simic Manipulator is the only other creature you have to evolve. I don't think Nightveil Specter fits the deck unless your opponent is playing your colors, I'm guessing it's just in there for the flying and devotion for Thassa. And on that note, Thassa can give you the ability to send a creature in unblocked, making Elusive Krasis more of just a blocker, but you can always use Master Biomancer for that.
Also, speaking of meat shields, if you're going to use Zameck Guildmage to add counters to guys, Vorel of the Hull Clade can make it worth your while.
In response to your above question, I think Horizon Chimera adds more than Vassal Soul since HK is only one more mana, but offers life gain and Flash ability for the same toughness but an extra damage. It also works with Zameck Guildmage since you can get card draw from him. If you can throw in Fathom Mage into that mix, and keep her alive (often easier said than done), you will never have trouble with card draw :)

Well Elusive Krasis is an easy thing to evolve. Early game he is a blocker but mid game people just see him as the threat and go for him instead of Master Biomancer and Simic Manipulator . Thassa can be used but its better to have open mana because you don't have to make elusive unblockable and that can be used for Simic Charm or to draw cards with zameck

He's easy to evolve, yes, but slow to evolve. He only gains 1 damage per turn, assuming he evolves every time. If you like him, a slower-paced game, and he works for you, play him, by all means. If you were playing against me, I'd rather destroy your Biomancer (makes bigger creatures) or your Manipulator (who could permanently steal my guys) since they're bigger threats over the mid game.

If you want to playtest the deck and see what im talking about go ahead. The uses of elusive are numberous. It works very effectively against any deck. Plus when i get some kioras i'll have the emblem to speed up evolution and help prevent damage.

Wall of Frost is a bit weird in the mainboard. It's Devotion and stuff, yeah, but there are just more aggressive cards you could be using, like Cloudfin Raptor .
I'd add a Nykthos, shrine to nix or two and a fourth Breeding Pool . Beyond that, have you considered Cyclonic Rift ? With Nykthos giving you an ass-load of mana, Rift can just tear a hole right through the heart of your opponent.
