Alright guys/gals I have a problem. I have fallen completely in love with the ideal of a Simic deck, but I'm not sure if I completely understand if i'm doing it right. I believe it's best chance is to be quick and effective keeping cost down to a minimum while still hitting as hard as possible. I just want to know if what I got so far looks good.

I still haven't bought the cards for this deck cause i'm not sure if it's as good as it can get because im unfamiliar with newer cards and blue/green in general any help would be great. Any thoughts on my maybeboard and sideboard would help to.
