I just threw this deck together recently because I really wanted a LOTR commander, and wow this deck is so much fun.

It's group hug that's heavy on the politicking due to Cirdan the Shipwright's voting mechanic. This deck has some goofy alternate win-or-lose-cons (Twenty-Toed Toad and Atemsis, All-Seeing), jank extra turn spells (Eon Frolicker and Timesifter), and some cards that just add so much chaos to the whole table (Psychic Battle and Vernal Equinox).
