This is a deck that needs some explanation. Splinter twin is a popular modern deck that uses a two card combo to instantly win you the game. The only problem is that a play set of Splinter Twin costs roughly $80. So I switched out the Splinter Twin combo for Niv Mizzet and Curiosity. I need lots of help finding budget replacements for expensive cards so I need advice. Any advice would be appreciated.
