I wanted to try to give the most consistent turn 4 wins I could. Since some of the spells and creatures are interchangeable, it should give a higher chance.

Both of the unblockable spells, Artful Dodge and Distortion Strike can come back the next turn.

Simic Charm adds some versatility as well as functioning as another Giant Growth.

Wild Defiance is what really speeds the deck up, but it's not totally dependent on it.

Turn 2: Land - Blighted Agent

Turn 3: Land - Wild Defiance

Turn 4: Land - Giant Growth or Simic Charm + Distortion Strike or Artful Dodge on Blighted Agent - swing for lethal infect.
