Originally, this deck started as one of my first deck brews... Kruphix, God of Horizons. I had the deck for several years before I tried to push it into more competitive pods, going infinite as quickly as possible, and just holding onto my mana. The deck probably was a power level 8 at its strongest, but I could never push the limits into more competitive games. Eventually, I retired the deck (which was sad), disbanded it, and brewed it into two other deck ideas. The first deck I brewed the idea into was Omnath, Locus of Mana. They were both pretty similar in holding onto mana but it was simple and easy to brew. I always tossed the idea of brewing him into a competitive mono-green deck or a very fast heavy mana intensive big monster deck. Right now, he currently sits as a big creature built. The other deck that he manifested into was Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy. With Kinnan's ability to push mana hard and the fact that he was simic seemed like a great idea. My original build of him was a little different than what my current build is now. I recently just removed and added approximately 30 or so cards... In Cedh is not that easy to do because the deck is supposed to be finely tuned but I was going in a different direction with the deck. You could say that after some research and trying to abuse some big creatures (not a lot), I was almost inspired to have some of that old Kruphix in the build. After a few Cedh games, he seems to have approved. I will note some commanders this deck has recently played against and won down below. I have not brought this deck to a tournament yet but I do hope to soon! I do proxy some of my more expensive cards and cards like Mox Diamond that I currently do not own. It is on my wishlist! I will also be listing some of the infinite combos and silly combos I prefer over other Cedh Kinnan builds but this build is still very similar to other builds.
