-2 Xenagos, the Reveler

+2 Vraska the Unseen

Reason: dying too often to things like Descration Demon that sit around building up counters while I tap it. Vraska will kill them and a turn later can kill another one. Xenagos was only being used as a token producer, which is still useful but not the primary goal of the deck.

sideboard:

-2 Golgari Charm

+2 Devour Flesh

Reason: Need another way to deal w/ Blood Baron of Vizkopa. Cannot rely on having 8 mana for Gaze of Granite or drawing one of 4 Mizzium Mortars. Also another way to kill Obzedat or prevent damage from an Aetherling for a turn. Good card and the lifegain should be irrelevant in most cases if I have control of the board.
