Welcome to new Sisay. After the Paradox Engine ban, I've been searching for a new version of Sisay that I believed was competitively viable. I believe this is the closest we can get to our original Paradox build. We use Viviens -2 to assemble Emiel+Village Bell Ringer for infinite mana with mana dorks. From here, we can tutor Selvala, Heart of the Wilds and Rishkar, Peema Renegade to draw our deck. Use Emiel's ability to blink any creature you have and when it enters the battlefield, it will trigger Selvala. With that trigger on the stack, blink Rishkar enough times to put as many +1/+1 counters as needed to make it the biggest creature in play. Resolve Selvala's trigger, checking its power and drawing a card. Repeat as many times as needed to draw your deck. With our deck in hand, we have a variety of ways to kill our opponents. Kamahl infinitely pumping our team, or Finale of Devastation. We also gain access to Beast Within loops with Eternal Witness to destroy all of our opponents permanents. Ashaya, Soul of the Wild makes comboing with Emiel easier by turning all of our creatures into dorks, but she doubles as a secondary infinite mana engine. With Ashaya, Quirion Ranger, and any creature that taps for 2 green mana, we can bounce the Quirion Ranger with its ability to untap the mana dork. Tap it for 2 green, recast Quirion Ranger, and repeat for infinite green mana. With infinite green, we can switch it to infinite tutors with Sisay. Fetch Kamahl, overrun as many times as needed, kill the table.
