Sisay, Weatherlight Captain has quickly become one of my more favorite commanders to pilot. The modularity of the deck can accommodate a number of win cons, but not all are unique to this 5c general. Here's an attempt to make a Sisay deck that wins in a way that only Sisay can, leveraging our 101st card Jegantha, the Wellspring.

Maralen of the Mornsong and Ashiok, Dream Render*** note this doesn't work the way i thought it did but i'm still including it We do miss out on a lot of cool locks from my previous version of Sisay, such as: Narset, Parter of Veils Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God and Jace, Cunning Castaway, and Selvala, Heart of the Wilds as another potential 5c mana dork. Using jegantha means we also lose out on a lot of cards that are unfortunately double pipped with identical colors like Force of Will, Force of Despair.

However, this is essentially a 0 card combo from the command zone and companion zone. Potential lines of play are to turbo out JeGANtha and Sisay, Weatherlight Captain, and combo off with derevi, empyrial tactician + Najeela, the bladeblossom Another combo to win is with Chain of Smog + Ral, Storm Conduit to infinitely copy the spell and ping everyone down at once.

In lieu of Jegantha, we can also use our Bloom Tender, Faeburrow Elder, or use our Gaea's Cradle in conjunction with our Orochi Leafcaller.

Another course of action is to stax out the faster decks with cards like tanglewire, Deafening Silence, Kunoros, Hound of Athreos, Kambal counsel of allocation, and even Thalia, Heretic Cathar. Oath of Kaya and Oath of Chandra quick removal for dorks and commanders, and color pips for sisay. Planebound Accomplice for if we draw into some planeswalkers, we can put them out for a reduced cost. Orochi Leafcaller more mana fixing from green, is also a combo piece with gaea's cradle Yisan, the Wanderer Bard to dig for combo pieces (orochi at 1, bloom tender at 2, faeburrow elder, najeela, or derevi at 3).

Some tech: Tajic, Legion's Edge for pyroclasms, blasphemous acts, etc. Aurelia, Exemplar of Justice is a good secondary way to buff sisay and maker her combat ready, as well as make sure she deals combat damage for the Derevi trigger. Alesha, Who Smiles at Death for reanimating our hatebears. gone but not forgotten. Cascading Cataracts mana fixing, and is indestructible just in case. I'm considering taking this out for a Scrubland

Cards in maybe are cards I would like to test, and acquireboard are cards I don't have right now so I am running suboptimal choices for them.

Cursed totem and linvala are cards that poop on our dreams, so the amount of removal i am running may vary from time to time.
